Construction Recruitment Consultant is required for an award winning, well establish leading Construction Recruitment Consultancy based in Cheadle . You'll be joining a friendly, sociable and successful team of recruiters who strive to place the best talent in the construction market.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and for this role there is a heavy emphasis of being out on construction sites, building those crucial relationships with your clients to maximise all business opportunities. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be a driver with your own car.
The ideal candidate will bring with them a minimum of 1 year recruitment experience and an eagerness and drive to win and succeed. You will be rewarded with a base salary of up to £45,000 per annum and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
We offer a personal service to our clients providing recruitment of blue collar (skilled and unskilled) and white collar professionals. You will be responsible for building your own 360 desk and building brand new client relationships and you will also be given a list of client names that have previously worked with the business and just need that little spark to reignite the relationship.
Typical areas you will recruit in are Industrial, Warehouse, Engineering and Construction and mainly within the Blue and white Collar roles - both skilled and unskilled.
Key Responsibilities as Recruitment Consultant:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Meet and interview candidates to help them find their dream roles in construction.
- Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings with local construction and engineering sites to support their recruitment needs.
- Attract and interview candidates, successfully placing them in jobs that align with client requirements.
- Work within a dynamic and service-driven environment to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals.
