As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be offering companywide support for hardware, software, infrastructure and all other IT related services, as well as having an involvement in managing and supporting IT projects where required. You will need to understand the needs of every part of the business and be able to provide advice, guidance and challenges to other departments in order to support the business improvement and efficiencies.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Provide 2nd / 3rd line systems support to other areas of the business
· Provide support for and run projects (new implementations, change requests)
· Help develop systems across the business
· Identify and promote new technologies within the business
· Assist the Junior Analysts in resolving tickets where escalated
· Supporting the company ERP (SAP Business One)
· Some out of hours and on call will be required
Skills and experience:
Essential
· Windows Server (2012r2, 2016, 2019, 2022)
· Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint)
· Microsoft Azure
· Windows 10
· Minimum 3 years IT Support experience
Desirable
· Experience using ManageEngine ServiceDesk & Endpoint Central
· Knowledge with MDM applications
· SAP Business One
· SQL
· Technical Project Management
