An innovative and rapidly expanding Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a talented Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their successful office in central Manchester.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

The incoming Assistant Construction Project Manager will join a dynamic consultancy that has a strong presence nationwide operating out of five strategic offices with over 250 professionals across the UK.

Their Manchester team has been focusing on their Project Management division over the past year and has experienced remarkable growth, doubling its turnover in the past year and expanding from 5 to 15 project managers. With an exciting pipeline, the team aims to double in size again over the next year.

The new Assistant Construction Project Manager will not only benefit from this strengthened team of senior professionals but also from the stable, long-term pipeline they have secured for the next four years.

Working on a broad variety of schemes which includes smaller, low level refurbishment schemes which could be the perfect chance to run your own projects, to large and complex new build developments up to £100m typically in the Public sector, with the chance to explore new sectors over time.

This role is perfect for an ambitious Assistant Construction Project Manager looking for the chance to run their own smaller schemes whilst being provided with ample support from senior staff, with unrivalled industry exposure and progression opportunities, as well as fantastic support with Chartership via the firms established internal APC programme.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST
• A construction related degree qualification (QS, PM, BS)
• Committed to achieving Chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB)
• Public sector project experience is highly desirable but not crucial
