Futurebuild recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Site Engineer with a utilities background to urgently join the project in Greater London, working on the high-profile HS2 project.

You will be responsible for overseeing one of four gangs on site — each gang is supported by a dedicated engineer. Your role will involve:

Coordinating trench works and temporary works design

*

Preparing method statements

*

Managing materials and concrete orders

*

Supporting day-to-day site activities and problem-solving on the ground

Qualifications/Experience:

* CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid certificates are advantageous.

* Proven experience in utilities, trenching, and temporary work design, ideally within large-scale infrastructure projects.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
