Position: Domestic Services Lead (Gas)

Full time/ Part Time: Full time

Hourly / Salary Rate: £50,000.00 - £53,500.00

Basic Salary Hours: 08:00 - 17:00.

Working Hours: 42.5

Holiday Allowance: 20 + Bank Holidays

Payday 26th of each month. Or closest working day to 26th.

Job role would be based on the following tasks:

* Diary management

* Responding to phone calls and emails

* Estimating and quotations

* Day to day running of engineers and apprentices

* Site visits

* Domestic heating surveys

* Identify skill gaps within the workforce and arrange CPD opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge and training for engineers and apprentices

* Toolbox talks

* Oversee current projects

* Invoicing

* Cost saving analysis

* Staff management

* Review compliance, safety, and quality, working on continuous improvement and identifying and gaps or shortfalls.

* Establish connections with local businesses to secure relationships (merchants, clients, other companies)

* Producing directors' reports.
