Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the business. This role offers the chance to work with high-profile clients and make a significant impact within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the FM sector, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and market trends.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's value proposition and differentiators.

* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.

* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be well-presented, driven, and forward-thinking, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet set targets. You should be:

* Experienced in FM: Previous experience in Facilities Management or a related field is highly desirable.
