The role - Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

I am working with a SEN school based in Bexley that are looking to appoint a new Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team! In this role you will be working with primary & secondary aged students with different needs and will be working 1:1 and in small groups. As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you must be an approachable, confident and nurturing person with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. You will be assisting the students in and out of class and assisting the class teacher with any necessary tasks. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with special educational needs in a school setting.
