Are you mechanically minded with some experience in machine operation or a workshop/warehouse setting?

We are currently recruiting 2 x Trainee Machine Operators on behalf of our valued client based in the Clevedon/Yatton area. While this is a trainee position, we are specifically looking for individuals who have some previous experience in:

* Machine operation (ideally within a production or manufacturing environment)

OR

* Mechanical or technical experience in a workshop or warehouse setting

The Role:

As a Trainee Machine Operator, you'll be trained to operate a range of machinery in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills with clear progression and training provided.

Shifts:

* Rotating shifts (Days & Nights) - Monday to Friday

* Candidates must be flexible and able to work both day and night shifts as part of a rota

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, production, or workshop-based role

* Interest in machinery and technical processes

* Willingness to learn and be trained

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
