Job Description

Gloucestershire County Council are seeking an Administrator to join their Blue Badge team in Adult Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Blue Badge team
  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Organise meetings and appointments
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic DBS check will be required
