We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated On-Site Administrator to join our team, to be based at our client's Gaydon office on a hybrid basis.

You will support with a variation of recruitment and admin tasks to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a reputable relationship with the client.

Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Pay: £12.82 per hour
Location: Gaydon / Hybrid

Key responsibilities

Assist in various recruitment and administrative tasks
Handle queries from candidates and provide timely and accurate responses.
Data entry - entering data into various systems in particular Microsoft Excel.
Support hiring and on boarding processes including setting up interviews and inductions
Manage incoming requests for information and respond to queries via telephone, email, or direct communication
Manage the job applications process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date
Coordinate all elements of the candidate interview process including sending interview invites, booking rooms, organising calls, sending confirmation information, and updating of various electronic systemsEssential requirements

Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Own transport is required for this role due to the location
Proven experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Teams in particular)
