Salary: £34,000-£38,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Architect to join their creative team in Lincolnshire. The award-winning practice has a strong focus on providing innovative designs to residential, commercial and leisure projects whilst ensuring client expectations are always met. The team pride themselves on providing a bespoke design service from inception to completion.

The successful Senior Architect will have outstanding design and technical skills and proven experience working across all RIBA stages. You should also have fantastic communication skills and be able to work comfortably in a team, or independently. You will be happy liaising with clients, contractors and the wider team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant post Part 3 qualification experience
• Run projects from initiation to completion with the support of senior team members where needed
• Liaise with clients, contractors and team members
• Work with junior team members to help their professional development
• Develop technical designs to create exceptional design concepts
• Attend site meetings
• Must live within Lincolnshire
• Revit knowledge is essential
