Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEN
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Pay: £85-£100 per day
Job Type: Monday - Friday, Term Time Only, Contract to Permanent Basis

About the Role:
Timeplan Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Hemel Hempstead. This rewarding role involves supporting students with SEN which could include ASD, ADHD, Physical Disabilities, Visual Impairments.

You will work with students in a classroom setting, small groups, or on a 1-to-1 basis. Your role will be crucial in helping students access the curriculum and supporting their personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students with learning disabilities & physical disabilities, helping them navigate the challenges of everyday school life.
Provide tailored support to individuals or small groups, adapting resources to meet diverse needs.
Promote an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
Help students with daily tasks, including communication, mobility, and personal care where required.The Ideal Candidate:

Has some experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Has experience working with young people
Is compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference in students' lives.
