VNA Education are looking for an enthusiastic and personable SEN TA for a great primary school in Redbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist students with special educational needs to access the curriculum effectively.

* Work with teachers to adapt lessons and create inclusive environments.

What We're Looking For:

* Prior experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs, is preferred.

* Strong communication, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

* Understanding of SEN strategies and a willingness to learn and adapt.
