The Site Manager will be working for a maintenance contractor, and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a kitchen/bathroom refurbishment project on behalf of a local housing provider.

Description

Oversee and manage kitchen/bathroom planned works project.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.

Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site.

Manage subcontractors and ensure all team members adhere to project specifications and deadlines.

Monitor and report on project progress, managing any risks or delays promptly.

Profile

Proven experience in kitchen/bathroom refurbishments within Social Housing.

Strong knowledge of construction processes within Social Housing
