Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (OTE £50,000)
Working Hours: 5-day working week (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM) + 1 weekend off per month
Are you an ambitious and proactive sales professional with experience in either estate agency or new homes sales? Our client, one of the UK's most prestigious and recognised developers, is looking for a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their high-energy team in East London.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be based in the marketing suite of one of the stunning developments within East London, guiding prospective buyers through the sales journey and securing reservations for high-end apartments. You will work with a market-leading product, utilising the company's internal sales system to ensure smooth and effective transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales from the marketing suite and providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers.
- Managing and nurturing leads to convert them into successful sales.
- Using the company's internal system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Delivering high-quality sales presentations and property tours.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets within a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the development, pricing, availability, and market trends.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in New Homes sales or estate agency is essential.
- A driven and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to close deals confidently.
- A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and passionate about property sales.
- Ability to work weekends (with the fantastic perk of one weekend off per month!)
