The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for developing innovative and efficient solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept through to production, in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed mechanical designs using SolidWorks.
• Create and modify 3D models and technical drawings.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve design issues and optimise designs for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare documentation and reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with other CAD software is a plus.
