£2,000 Signing on Bonus

As a Workshop Controller, you will be accountable for the smooth running of the Workshop team on a day-to-day basis and have supervisory responsibility. You'll allocate jobs to the Workshop team based on technical requirement and customer demand. Hold daily huddles, ensuring all colleagues are updated on commercial priorities and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
