On offer is an exciting opportunity for a Production Staff Member to progress into a management role, leading a team who strive to uphold food regulations and standards. This company operate in over 20 countries and are looking to dominate the market in 2025.

In this role you will check food standards for a range of unique and innovative food products, help with training for new staff and take on training when needed to ensure food safety standards.

The ideal Production Team Leader will have management experience and be qualified to some degree in food safety, BRCGS or other food compliance requirements.

THE ROLE:

• Working in the Quality and Technical teams to ensure legality of food products.
• Help with the production staff, training when needed.
• Progress within a growing business.

THE PERSON:

• Food Safety Qualified or experience working in Food Production.
• Management experience in a previous role.
• Local to Shrewsbury.
