Location: Central London (fully onsite 9am - 5:30pm)

Contract Type: Permanent (full time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for expense management, including budgeting and sending payments
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Responsible for procurement, distribution, and inventory management of office supplies
  • Provide a professional, supportive, and customer-oriented service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director

Requirements

  • Finance-related background is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential, previous experience with finance software is a plus
  • Number-sensitive, well-organised, attention to detail
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounts admin experience is a plus
