eSift are seeking a Residences Director to manage our clients FM contract with their University Campus. You'll oversee the delivery and improvement of all FM services, ensuring satisfaction for both the university and students. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll drive continuous improvement, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure smooth operations across the portfolio. You'll be the main contact for the university, ensuring strong partnerships and seamless service. Managing on-site teams and contractors, you'll maintain high standards, compliance, and effective training. Your goal: deliver exceptional, consistent service to all residents.   Salary:               Competitive plus bonusLocation:           Hammersmith    Role responsibilities will also include: 

• Lead the delivery and enhancement of FM services across the portfolio.
• Serve as the primary contact for the university, fostering strong partnerships.
• Manage on-site teams and contractors, ensuring high standards, compliance, and effective training.
• Review customer feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager on audits and projects.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and development.
• Manage operational and lifecycle budgets.
• Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.

 To be successful in this position you will have/be;  

• Senior leadership experience in Facilities Management or a similar environment.
• Proven track record in operational delivery within a commercial/contractual setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing high-performing teams with 24/7 coverage.
• Commercially driven, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
