Role Overview:

As a Mobilisation Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the seamless transition and mobilisation of projects. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring all information is collected, tracked, and actioned efficiently. Your role is essential in guaranteeing that projects are launched smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Mobilisation: Gather, organise, and manage all necessary data to ensure smooth and timely mobilisation across the project lifecycle.
  • Tracker Management: Maintain and update the mobilisation tracker with the latest information, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Lead weekly status meetings to review project updates, resolve any challenges, and align teams on key priorities.
  • IT and Systems Management: Leverage your strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Airtable, to manage project documentation and enhance communication and collaboration.
Key Requirements:
  • Mobilisation Experience: Previous experience in a mobilisation role is essential, with a strong ability to manage complex processes.
  • Property Management Knowledge (Desirable): Prior experience within the property management sector will be an advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Airtable or similar project management software.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
