As Sous Chef, you'll be a key part of the kitchen team, working alongside the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You'll play a vital role in:

Crafting delicious and nutritious meals, catering to residents' individual preferences and dietary needs.
Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to all regulations.
Leading and mentoring the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Managing stock control and ordering, minimising waste and optimising costs.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef, ideally within a care home or similar environment.
A real passion for food and culinary excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and work flexibly.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Ability to commute to Basingstoke daily.
Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.The Perks:
