Client Relationship Executive

Salary: £28,000 per annum + benefits 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (part-time options available) 

Location: Office-based in Cleckheaton

Your Role 

As our Client Relationship Executive, you will: 

Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and understanding clients' goals. 
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing issues promptly. 
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to monthly revenue targets. 
Use insights to reduce churn and ensure client satisfaction remains high. 
Work with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions for our clients.
