RG Consultancy are working with an established company based in Burnley who are looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to their team.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Assistant will play a key part in ensuring company targets and deadlines are met.

Duties include:

• Processing purchase transactions - invoices, credit/debit notes
• Preparing payments including multi currency - BACS/Chaps/International payments
• Query resolution
• Liaising with suppliers - building and maintaining key relationships
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Ad-hoc tasks as required across the department

This Accounts Payable Assistant role would be ideal for someone who is used to covering a range of duties across accounts payable/purchase ledger as part of a wider team.
