Electrician - Social Housing

Location: North/North West London

£225 - £260 per day - Operative to use own Van

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out electrical maintenance, installation and testing works on behalf of one of our growing clients, work based in North and North West London.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs, as well as some domestic testing works, in occupied social housing properties in the North and North West London area. Successful candidates must be NICEIC registered and be able to sign off their own work.

Start dates available ASAP.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across England.

Required; -

• 18th edition
• Own Van
• Level 3
• NICEIC Registration (Able to sign off own work)
• 2391 Testing & Inspection

Social Housing experience, full tools, van and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role.
