Network Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager to work on a full time, permanent basis for a Nursery in Slough, Berkshire. The Nursery is a small setting wiith pace for 30 children and the role is 40 hours per week.As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting, Managing and Supervising staff within the NurseryEnsuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsCreating and implementing engaging educational programsBuilding positive relationships with parents, children, and staffManaging budgets, resources, and overall nursery operationsWhat We're Looking For:A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalentPrevious experience in a managerial role within a nursery settingStrong leadership and communication skillsA passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possibleWhy Join Us?The Nursery believe in creating a joyful and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
