About the role: We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the heart of Islington. Application Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, with HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to engage and motivate students with a range of learning needs.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small groups and whole-class activities in the absence of the teacher.
• Support children in their learning, helping them reach their full potential.
• Work with pupils who need extra support, including those with SEN.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
