Contracts Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a successful and growing Main Contractor who cover various projects across healthcare, commercial, and more recently education.

About the role of Contracts Manager

This is a newly created role is due to significant number of new projects being won, this role will see you looking after projects within the value of 50k to £10 million and up to 6 projects at once which will vary across sectors. This is a permanent role and you will be reporting into director level.

The ideal Contracts Manager should have:

Design and build experience is essential
Strong client facing experience
Managing contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines and expectations
Experience working on projects up to £10m
Previous experience working with a Main Contractor
