The role - Teaching assistant - Southwark

Provide students with a safe environment in which they can develop their physical, emotional, and educational skills while participating in activities with individuals or small groups of students.
To provide an environment that is stimulating, well-structured, and suitable for pupils with difficulties related to social, emotional, and mental health
Enhance a student's sense of self-esteem and encourage them to achieve and develop to the best of their ability.
Assist students who need additional SEMH support by planning and delivering interventions in accordance with their needs.
Taking part in meetings to discuss student progress, including inclusion meetings, is essential.
