Technical Service Owner (EPM, HCM, Procurement)
Location: 1-2 days a week on site in Swindon
Contract Duration: 6-12 Months
Overview: We are seeking experienced Technical Service Owners for three key areas: EPM, HCM, and Procurement. These roles are critical as we enter the recovery phase following an Oracle Cloud implementation. Ideal candidates will possess a robust skill set and the confidence to navigate challenges and drive system efficiency within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimization and enhancement of systems to ensure alignment with business needs post-implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party System Integrator (SI) partners to address issues and implement improvements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for business areas, facilitating communication and feedback to enhance system performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Champion the adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the relevant service areas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Service Owner or similar role, specifically with EPM, HCM, or Procurement systems.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and their functionalities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Confident, assertive, and able to make tough decisions when necessary to drive performance and efficiency.
- Experience working in a recovery phase or post-implementation environment is highly desirable.
