As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £70,000, Plus KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, you'll have 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to enjoy!

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Managing and training staff
Handling budget management
Upholding high standards of care

The ideal Home Manager will have:

A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential)
At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
A good knowledge of CQC compliance
Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
