MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are representing a leading automotive repair shop. Dedicated to providing top-quality service and vehicle body repairs. The repair centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Birmingham.

As a Panel Beater, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the day to day in the business and in restoring vehicle to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

* You will work alongside a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment

* Repairing and the reshape / replacement of vehicle body panels, frames and structures to restore vehicle to their pre-accident condition

* Conducting thorough assessment of vehicle damage and identifying the repair needs

* Adhere to the health and safety standards in line with the safety regulations to carry out quality of repair to customers vehicles

* Diagnose mechanical, electrical and trim issues on vehicles with effectiveness

* Repairing and replacements of damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim and mechanical systems

* Repairing and replacements of damaged components

* Ensure a clean working environment

As a Panel Beater, you will have:

* Previous experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician (minimum of 10 years' experience)

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repairs

* NVQ Level l 1, 2 & 3

* Strong communication skills

Working hours:

* Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 17:30

* Friday 07:30-16:30

* Weekend overtime available

* Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break

Benefits:

* Holiday allowance: 28 days including bank holidays
