The RoleAs the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll process and serve as a point of contact for payroll related issues. You will be managing the payroll for approximately 450 staff, and overseeing two direct reports who will support with payroll. The Successful Candidate

• Extensive experience in UK payroll management, including knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to potentially grow into a broader, international role.
