Our client, a large student accommodation based in Edinburgh, is seeking a temporary Reception / Customer Service person to support their team during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, providing exceptional service to students.

Reception / Customer Service  Job Description

Greet and assist students upon arrival
Check-in new customers
Receive and store parcels
Deliver parcels to designated rooms
Organise and distribute key fobs
Conduct building walkthroughs
Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
We are seeking a Reception / Customer Service person with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as hotels, student accommodation, or retail. The ideal candidate is available for an immediate start and can work different shifts.
