The Role:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in streamlining processes, supporting production, and ensuring the highest standards in fabrication and manufacturing. Working alongside an experienced and skilled team, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and delivery of tailored metalwork solutions, helping the company maintain its excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create and improve technical drawings and specifications.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on the shop floor, ensuring smooth production operations.
- Provide technical support throughout the production cycle, maintaining quality and precision.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
