We are seeking the skills and experience of an experienced 'Change Manager' who can speak FLUENT or BUSINESS FRENCH! (basic French language skills will be rejected)

Start immediately - £400 per day - Outside iR35 - 6 month contract (rolling)

Remote role - 2/3 days per month in Paris (max)!

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives for key projects on a contract basis. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions during organisational changes, including the adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder management, and the delivery of effective communication and training to facilitate successful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for assigned projects.
  • Create and execute change management plans, including risk assessment, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communicate change effectively across the organisation and provide training to employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership to minimise resistance and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related role, with experience in managing large-scale organisational or technological changes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
