Mechanical &Electrical Quantity Surveyor - Surrey

This client is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services. They have a knowledge driven approach and pride themselves on their ability to train and progress from within. Their success has enabled them to become part of a renowned group allowing an exciting opportunity to further their success. Their speciality is delivering high end building management systems across multiple sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential projects typically worth between £1.5 - £7 million pound with a large amount of big project won for next year they have a key requirement for a M&E Quantity Surveyor.

Up to £85k basic (dependent on experience) + package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays

As the successful Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will be:

* M&E Quantity Surveyor will be Estimating and quoting from bill of quantities
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will be reviewing contracts and tenders
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will be building cost plans
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will be managing commercial aspects of on-going projects
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will be handling document management and submission
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will be working core hours of 08:00 - 17:00, located within commutable distance of Redhill

To be successful as the Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor

* M&E Quantity Surveyor will be experienced in all areas mentioned
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will have experience working in both Domestic and Commercial high-end properties
* M&E Quantity Surveyor must have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will need a Full UK driving license
* M&E Quantity Surveyor will need a strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and commercial management
* up to £85k basic (dependent on experience) + package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays
