We are seeking a motivated and reliable Welder to join our team! Responsibilities

* Perform basic welding tasks, including MIG welding

* Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications

* Assist in measuring, cutting, and joining metal parts accurately

* Prepare materials and equipment for welding

* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

* Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary

* Work with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Requirements

* Basic understanding of welding techniques

* Ability to read simple blueprints or willingness to learn

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

* Physical ability to lift

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn on the job

* Previous experience is required

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday: 6:00 am - 1:30 pm

Overtime Availability:

* Friday Afternoon: 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm (paid at 1.5x hourly rate)

* Saturday Morning: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm (paid at 1.5x hourly rate)
