Customer Service Assistant

A keen and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant at the start of their career is required to join this innovative and progressive marketing organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing incoming requests from new and existing clients for cleaning services to be carried out

- Dealing with general enquiries and providing information and guidance on services provided

- Setting up details of work to be carried out and creating job sheet on computerised system

- Confirming appointments with clients and allocating work to operations team

- Producing and sending out estimates to clients and following up to obtain orders

- Maintaining computerised database records and updating details when needed
