Prospero Teaching are working on behalf of a special educational needs school to recruit passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants. The school supports students aged 11-19 with complex needs, including autism and trauma-related challenges, providing a safe, calm, and progressive learning environment where students develop confidence, resilience, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them overcome learning barriers.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists to implement effective learning strategies.
  • Assist in delivering creative and engaging activities that support both academic and social development.
