Job Advertisement: Logistics Coordinator
Location: LS12 (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team! If you're an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in managing couriers, supplier relationships, and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day courier operations and ensure deliveries are made on time.
Liaise with suppliers and customers via phone and email to provide updates and resolve issues.
Keep customers informed about the status of their deliveries.
Coordinate and manage logistics projects effectively.
Assist with the physical handling of packages, ensuring boxes are checked and in good condition (assistance will be provided when needed).
Maintain an efficient and smooth workflow across all logistics activities.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and checking packages.
