The company has around 40 total staff and have 2 staff in their newly set up Chelmsford office.The office is a lovely, modern space, 2 minutes walk from Chelmsford train station. There is a hot desking style work area and there is future plans for further desk space in the same office, once the team grows.The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience with another consultancy. You should have experience in drainage, highways and estate roads design using software such as Microdrainage, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.The company work on an excellent variety of projects, ranging from small single units to larger schemes and developments. There is also a good variety in terms of sector with the company covering residential, commercial, retail and many others.The company are offering a competitive salary and benefits package. This includes a generous pension of 8% company contribution, annual leave, flexible working and discretionary bonus.The company also have a great social side with regular company outings planned with the other offices.
