My client are looking for a standout IT Systems Engineer who can use top solutions to provide excellent support to users everywhere. You'll identify areas for improvement, maintain operational resilience, and assist in our growth.

Responsibilities:

* Install and manage Lab (FPGA) and Data Centre solutions* Administer servers and storage* Provide 3rd line support to the global Service Delivery team* Configure and manage Microsoft 365 tenants* Handle authentication and application management* Manage our Cloud presence* Test and improve user experiences

Requirements:

* Strong problem-solving skills* Experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows (server, desktop, dual-boot)* OS and application patching / WSUS* Systems monitoring - Grafana / Zabbix* Physical system setup skills* Hands-on engineering skills: soldering, using scopes, testbenches, etc.* Experience with M365/O365* Active Directory and/or Azure management* Basic network support knowledge - DHCP, DNS, routing, etc.* Experience with Microsoft Exchange Hybrid environments* Backup or DR experience, preferably with Commvault

Nice to Have:

* ITIL qualification* Data Centre and/or ESD Lab experience* Experience with an international user base* Bash/Python scripting skills* MySQL database experience* SharePoint administration* VMWare/Horizon administration* Enterprise storage experience
