Operations Manager - Warrington

Salary - £60-75k

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week

Operations Manager - TXM Recruit is currently looking for capable Operations Manager to oversee a property service branch in Warrington. The Operations Manager MUST have social housing experience due to all contracts being of this nature.

Operations Manager duties will consist of -

* Understanding and overseeing the company's business strategy, targets, processes, procedures, forecasting, growth, development and more.

* Managing all staff that reports to this branch

* Overseeing site inspections, audits, improvement plans, accident/incident inspections, training etc

* Develop a subcontract supply chain to support contract delivery and ensure effective site reporting and constructive Branch meetings are held.

* Customer and client relationship building

The salary for this role is between £60-75k (DOE), along with offering a car allowance/company car, bonus (between 5-20%), company pension and more.

To be successful you must have -

* MUST have employed experience in this type of role

* MUST have social housing experience

* Must be able to manage a large team

* Need to have a good understanding over planned, project work
