Senior Building Physics Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding sustainability consultancy who provide specialist energy services to various clients across the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a Senior Building Physics Engineer to join their Energy and Sustainability team in their offices in London.

Role responsibilities for a Senior Building Physics engineer include:

Carry out energy assessments and thermal analysis using IES
Produce low and zero carbon reports, as well as reports for building regulations that comply with Part L
Produce EPC's for commercial and domestic projects, as well as SAP calculations for domestic projects
Identify new opportunities for business development and growth of the company as, well as developing and maintain client relationshipsThe ideal Senior Building Physics Engineer will have:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience within a relevant role within the construction industry
BSc or MSc within either an architectural, sustainability, or engineering field
Proficient in IES-VE software when carrying out energy modelling and analysis
Experience with carrying out NABERS Assessments
Would be beneficial to have a CIBSE Low Carbon Energy Assessor accreditationBenefits of the role include:
