Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge? Join a dynamic and growing commercial fit-out company that specialises in CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs. Our client is looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects within the North West, with projects costing in excess of millions of pounds.

About the Role:

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of multi-million pound office fit-out projects. You will ensure the project runs smoothly by managing contracts, budgets, and subcontractors, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the contractual and commercial delivery of high value office fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Manage the procurement process, including sub-contractor engagement, negotiations, and contract administration.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor the project's financial performance, ensuring it is completed within budget and maximising profitability.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead risk management strategies and resolve any contractual disputes or issues as they arise.
Prepare and present regular commercial reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the commercial fit-out sector, particularly in CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high value projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control within the fit-out industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.Why Join Us?
