Currently, the company is working on a landmark £35 million shell & core commercial office development in Central London and is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead the delivery of electrical packages for this prestigious project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the design, procurement, and execution of electrical works to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Oversee the delivery of shell & core electrical packages, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to meet project milestones.
Serve as the main point of contact for electrical-related queries and updates with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers as part of their development journey.Key Skills and Experience

Background: Proven experience working with a tier-one building services contractor in London.
Project Expertise: Experience in delivering shell & core M&E packages valued at £20 million or more.
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
