TRIbuild are currently recruiting a Mechanically biased MEP Manager for a leading developer for an 8 year scheme in Central London. There is currently circa £1m worth of M&E to close out the current phase. Then pre-construction will start on the next 2 phases.

The Candidate

Relevant industry qualification - Mechanical
SMSTS
Commisiioning Experience
Strong pre-construction experience
Taking projects from Stage 3 Design
Experience delivering MEP projects £15m + with either main contractor or Tier 1 sub-contractor
Procuring Sub-contractors
Chairing design meetings
