What does the Recruitment Consultant role entail?

Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and bring in new business.

*

Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms providing exceptional levels of service.

*

Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.

*

Managing every aspect of the process from advert writing to offer management.

*

Identifying and attracting talent that satisfies your clients' requirements.

Sourcing and developing excellent candidate relationships, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
