My client are an exciting interior fitout company who are looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. They work on prestigeous high-rise and commercial projects across the UK.

Duties of the role will include-

* Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor on larger projects from pre-contract to post-contract stage.

* Take offs.

* Measure materials and quantities.

* Obtaining subcontractor quotes.

* Order placement.

* Liaising with subcontractors throughout the lifecycle of the project.

* Variations.

* Eventually managing some small works projects yourself.

Their ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked on fitout/refurbishment projects.
